Each service listed is a la carte and multiple services may be performed on an individual transaction. Lender may choose to have documentation sent via certified mail, registered mail, overnight courier, (e.g. federal ex or ups) at an additional cost. Fees listed are for the handling and processing and do not include courier fees, wire fees, or fees charged by third parties, e.g. Motor Vehicle Agencies, Tax Assessors, etc. |
